CrankShaft Oil Seal

CrankShaft Oil Seal
Hi,
I have a leak which is either the crank seal or rocker cover gasget (95WRX). I have ordered both ready to do the job.
If I do decide to do the crackshaft seal can I do it without removing the cam belt (it was changed about 5k ago)?
How do I get the crank pully nut off!!! Is it reverse threaded? I have removed the radiator and taken the alternator and pwr steering belts off. Is it worth changing the seal as a precaution even if its not leaking?
Thanks!

It's a normal thread on the bolt right handed.
Yes you do have to remove the belt.
do the cam cover gaskit first then clean off the oil and see if the leak has stopped. If it is the crankshaft oil seal it will be running down the front of the sump.

Thanks for the help!
If there is no oil running down the front of the sump its not worth doing the seal then?! (as all the oil is leaking from the side of the engine), I think it may also be leaking from where the remote oil cooling adapter is on the engine!
