The car is a 98uk, the problem is the engine check light doesn't come on so the car won't start, strong smell of petrol. Local garage thought it was the imobolizer, had it disconnected, still the same. Could it be a sender of some sort, the cars fitted with an appexi, possible something stopping the ECU getting the power? Any ideas? Mick
