Default power steering problems ....i think????

over the weekend i found that i had a leak from the power steering resevoir(cant spell it)..so i changed the seal like it says on here and put some sealant around it too just to be doubly sure i had cracked......
well i thought everythin was all the miss's come home from work sayin it was makin a funny noise so i took it out for a drive and to me im no mechanic but it feels like its dry the steering wheel vibrates and a loud rubbing noise is comin from it........the engine is smokin but i think thats from power steerin fluid i spilt yesterday
hope this makes sence can someone please please help me..

You might need to tighten the belt up. Release the front screw and use the top one to tighten it up...
