Default Spark plugs NGK

Hi there im going to change the plugs this week before my car gets a remap.can anyone give me a bit of advice its an sti8.Do you get them from above or underneith the car.The new plugs are NGK 429pfr7b, are these pre-gaped or do i need to gap them, if so what should the gap be,Also are ther any good tips as how to get more cold air up to the standerd air box as i dont want an induction kit thanks, Sean

Gap the plugs to .06 to .07

You get the plugs out from the top mate,they will need to be gapped up, its a bit messy to do, battery out, air intake out etc,but should take you less than an hour.
