Poor idle and coughing
Hi i have just bought a vesion 3 WRX
Driving it home from picking it up grinning from ear to ear i noticed that when I stopped at a junction it would stall. Having read articles about running an HKS SSQV kowing this might need adjusting i dodnt worry.
Later when doing a much needed mcdonald run whil waiting in the que i noticed the car was alway hunting and would not keep a steady idle.
Now only having just bought the car i am a bit worried.
Is there any ideas as to what this could be?
the spec is:
IHI VF28 Hybrid Turbo. HKS SSQV Dump Valve. Green mushroom induction kit. S/S Exhaust with decat down pipe Through to a 4.5" backbox. Iridium spark plugs. Intercooler water spray system. Full Samco Hose kit. HKS fully automatic Turbo timer.
