Play in turbo shaft
Just bought tdo5 18g turbo from scoobynets classifieds and recieved today,
there is side to side play in the shaft, is this normal or should there be no play what so ever? the ad said the turbo had only done 1000 miles

There is a tolerance allowed,its called Axial and Radial clearance.You will need a dial gauge to measure it accurately.If it flops around like the preverbial tho....?
