HKS SSQ blow off valve or Recirc valve ?

HKS SSQ blow off valve or Recirc valve ?
Ive had my '96 wrx for a few weeks and to be honest im sick of the HKS SSQ blow off valve(must be getting old !)
Im thinking of replacing it with a recirculating valve but have a couple of questions.
1) Im running 1.4 bar,will it be safe to have a recirculating valve instead of the blow off valve ?
2) I have a Hybrid front mounted intercooler and hard pipes. The HKS blow off valve is fitted to one of the hard pipes with a short piece of silicone hose. If I replace it with a recirculating valve,how do I fit the valve ?

no dont just blank it off get recirc fitted
