This is my first post so hi to all, First off all I don’t know that much about the Scoobys but always loved the sound of the flat four and the performance. I know they can be tunned with few mods but can anyone point me in the right direction to a good tunner. I was tyring to find some faq’s. Basicaly my plan is to get an early car. 94-98 ish and tune it. What is there to look out for did the engines/turbos get better with age or style.

I'd choose an STI if you are planning on tuning as the engine internals are stronger than the WRX. Thats not to say that the WRX is junk, plenty of people have tuned them to good effect. The RA is a lightweight version (both WRX RA and STI RA).

Keep searching and you will soon get the picture..
