Default What turbo for 450bhp?

What turbo is best to use for up to 450 bhp.
Turbo lag isnt a problem as I will be using nitrous as well

coolio thanks guys!
shame they are so expensive was hoping i would be able to use a JDM turbo or simular guess this wouldnt create as much power though

APS Roller Bearing worth a shot?
Owen developments make some good turbos too apparently.

Would love to bolt on a MD321T, then remap just to see what it would be like, then change back if not happy. (All for free of course! )
