Turbo and N/A backboxes

Turbo and N/A backboxes
Whats the difference between the two.
What would happen if I fit a Turbo backbox say a Ninja or afterburner onto my N/A Sport.
Somthing about I need back pressure on mine, but not on a turbo...
I am seriously thinking about getting a Borla un equeal length headers, leave the cats in place and add a H&S Centre section and then maybe the Ninja 2 bb.
