Default Nomad pillar pod holders

I am considering getting one. But on my 99 Classic, I noticed the current trim goes right back up to the B pillar. On my last car (mk1 Punto), these were complete replacements for the whole A pillar OEM trim. But reading their website, it says these go over the current trim, and need to be bonded on.
That must look pretty bad, or does it?
Item in question:

Link:
Nomad Racing online store for Ford | RS | Subaru and much more..

Also, I asked them about a group buy discount, and they said they cannot do it for ScoobyNet, as they are already a stockist for them? So can I by it from here? If so, where?

I had one of these, trust me, they don't fit over the top of you're existing 'A' pillar. It replaces it, but you need to cut you're old one and mate it up to it.

Thats no good then. I thought the whole idea of these was so you didn't have to butcher your current one.
What was the colour match like? Are they worth it?

Colour match was spot on. Fitting was a different matter though, the strip of velcro you get is a joke!
I cut the fixings off an old 'A' pillar and bonded them on.... very tricky!

Been a whle, but I just got one of these.
It does fit over the standard a pillar, you can wedge it in at the bottom of the dash, and I just used the screw holding the alarm sensors on, to secure it.

This is just how I fitted mine, except I put an extra self tapper in about halfway down.
