I've been running Castrol RS 10W60 oil in my 98 Type R since I've had it. Its due an oil change and I was wondering which one to go for. As far as I can gather the edge sport is a mineral based oil which replaces the RS, where as the edge replaces the TWS Castrol and is fully synthetic. The question is, which one, the edge or edge sport?

dont really know much about oils but I have edge sport in my 98 WRX and seems fine if a little slower to warm up properly
