Clicking on excelleration

Clicking on excelleration
Since having a decat downpipe fitted i can now hear a clicking when its on boost? the clicking seems to increase with speed as the turbo spools.
If i have to guess i would say its the sound of the wastegate button opening and closing ?
any ideas what it may be?

Indeed my spelling is bad, and i sespect it always will be 
, English was never my strong suit, i'm more of a maths man!
I did wonder about the boost control solenoid i can hear that clicking when i rev on the spot, any way to stop it ?
any idea why it would happen after the turbo was removed and new downpipe fitted ?
