Engine Flush.
in my opinion a waste of money just get the oil nice and hot prior to change
and prepare to burn fingers when removing the plug
when oil is hot it will bring a lot of the crap out with it without spending money on a flush

I would put a vote on the bad side. I guess it depends on the type you use but they all tend to break the oil down and you have to run your engine with broken down oil for several minutes for it to do its job ... wear and tear comes to mind.
I really dont think its required in this day and age with the modern oils we now use that prevent build up anyway. I might use it if I had a 100 year old diesel that had never had an oil change

bad mate dont bother, look at it like this theres bound to be some of the flush left in when the new oil goes in,small amounts yer but enough in my eyes to be a big no no-really wouldnt want flush round the crank or through my turbo-up to you at the end of the day but for me no way.
