Default Green panel filter.

Can anyone tell me if a new green panel filter is pre-oiled ready for use ?.
I know the likes of K/N are ready to go straight out of the box but the green does not feel oiled at all, any advice.
Always thought pre-oiling was for when you had cleaned the filter after some use .

Answer's on a postcard .

Yep, fit it straight in the box, (although a bit of trimming is required so ensure you have a stanley knife at hand)
