Best way is to check the condition of the plugs, but if you are having it serviced then yes might as well.

As I said, someone ought to be shot. I'm currently suing my local dealer after getting stonewalled over their appalling omissions. Case due to be heard 14/2.

Some spark plugs are good for upto 60k without changing it really depends on what plugs where fitted..

HMmmmmm....
I think I recall someone telling me at some stage that the car had "long life" plugs in her? Maybe thats why there were not changed?
Will get them done now anyhoo.

The original plugs are NGK PFR6G which are platinum tipped and can be deemed "long life" compared to standard (cheaper) items. However, with these the service change period is 30,000 (a MAXIMUM period in my opinoin) If your's are the originals, they are well past their "sell by date" The car may well feel better with a new set.
