Default Lambda sensor help, heated or not heated??

I have done the searches and no answer found.
My 94 wrx lambda is now no good, it is screwed into the manifold and has 3 wires to the plug, is this heated or unheated? I want to get a bosch universal replacement LS02 or LS04, i just dont know which one to get, i thought in the manifold one would not need to be heated, help please??

heated
2-wires are the heater and can be connected either way round
the 3rd wire (which normally has a gold contact in the connector) is the signal wire.
