OK so im looking to buy a turbo off a guy.Hes telling me that 2 of the blades have a 3mm chip.Is this bad?,will it make the turbo off balance? will both of those blade eventually break off.
Could i have those blades repaired and who by?Have most second user turbos have a blade with a chip in it???infact i wonder if the turbo i have on now has got any damaged blades?

You would have to have the turbo rebuilt to, guarantee the reliability.
