which coolant in my type r???
hi all, was just wondering what kind of anti-freeze and/or coolant you lot would recommend for my v5 type r??? thanx

Any really will do.
If you're flush then send a load on Silkolene Pro Cool, that'll set you back about a few quid for 7.2 litres.
Used to run my Type R on this but normal anti freeze and water would have sufficed
