As per the title really, my MY03 STi PPP i purchased recently has a Forge atmospheric dump valve fitted...Does anyone know if this comes as standard with the prodrive upgrade or did the previous owner upgrade it as an extra?

Nothing to do with PPP, a Forge dump valve. Better to keep the original dump valve on the car, better performer, unless your into sound effects.
