what ya recomend (92type ra)
dont do any track days but she dose get a bit off stick on my own private a&b roads at weekends
i will be doing a few mods soon nothing special decat ported&polished headers

i was going to use std pluggs and 15/50 motul or am i better with10/40 am i right i saying its 4.6ltr that will go in

motul 300v 15/50 is good for the job.. 4.5litres..

should be okay on NGK pfr6B.. but use PFR7B once modded.

i take it you cant get 5ltr ive looked all over and all i can find is 4 ltrs and sixltrs 6 ltrs it is then

 

yes or buy two 4litre cans so you have some to top up / some for next time..
