Default Scooby Clinic exhaust - any good/recommends?

Hi all,

Just bought my first Sti V3 and i notice that the standard exhaust has seen better days (a long time ago!) and was thinking about getting a Scoobyclinic exhaust (cat back) fitted over the next few days. Wondered if any one had one of these fitted (i think the're about £380 fitted), what the're like/general comments etc

Also i quite like the 6x4 oval from Magnex - anybody got one of these, would the Scooby clinic one be a better option?

Any thoughts welcome!

Thanks in advance

ive got one on mine matey, was on when i bought the car, and its amazing, the sound is excellent a tad loud (but its straight through from the turbo back) i was expecting to have creased bends on it but when i got underneath and looked the build quality looks great no restrictive bends or anything like that and its a very good fit, not sure about the bore loks about 3"-3"half bore, i had magnex on my old cars (vectra & corsa) and the quality of them is great too, not sure about the subaru ones but the magnexs that i had on my old cars were really quiet

Have you thought about a Revolution 3 inch, brilliant noise to flow ratio and are supposed to be quiet enough to still go on a Trackday.

Thanks for the advice lads - no i hadn't thought of a revolution 3" mate. I've had a Magnex before on a car and like you said the quality was really up there, but as Scooby clinic is literally on my door step i may give them first refusal - thanks for all the help!

Regards

Andy

another vote for the scoobyclinic exhaust. I have the unresonated centre with their jap back box, connected to a tsl grp a decat, quality is superb and the noise is audio heaven

I'll 2nd this, got a full revolution system on mine, its quiet when you are just pottering around town and sounds awesome on full bore. Also ive gained 53bhp from a panel filter and the full exhaust...

Not to be sniffed at for the price, the claims that revolution make are true

Even better when it gets stinking hot you get the odd pop and bang and sometimes a rather large flame out the back end
