Smile REMAP LICENCE

I've had an Apexi ecu fitted to my 98uk by Simon Roe(jolly green monster),together with a Revolution exhaust and a group N panel filter from TSL motorsports. If I wanted to go a step further,I would like 300bhp, say fuel pump and regulator, 3port solenoid and a tdo4 hybrid or similar, would I have to use the same mapper to supply, fit and remap? I must stress I have no problem with Simon doing this work, It's just I don't understand about licences for remaps. If someone could explain, Cheers, Mick.
