Funny noise on let off

hi.. when i drive the car hard and let of the gas the car make's a growning noise.. any one know what it could be?? i know its a funny question.. its my94 wrx

Well the one thing that works the instant you let off the accelerator is the dump valve. So it's probably that. Do a search for dump valve noises.

no my dump valve works fine. its a deep noise.. a whining noise
