STi up-pipe is different as it doesn't have a pre cat in it and will fit, think downpipe & centre section are the same as your WRX though

Already got the exhaust mate holpe it fits now though , do you mean the uppipe will not fit ? it not an original sti part it is an aftermarket zaust , all 3 parts are afterburner.

The lack of CAT in the up-pipe should help your turbo spool sooner, but you'll need to check for temperature probes / O2 sensors in the WRX up-pipe. A newage STI up-pipe doesn't have any probes, I know that much.

STI UpPipe and DownPipe will bolt on directly to your WRX but the UpPipe is a bit of a pig to do. You'll need new Gaskets for the replacement pipework and possibly new studs too depending on the age of your car - the older, the more likely.

It is a Turbo out job for the UpPipe so if you were thinking of doing this later on either do it now instead or just change the DownPipe as the UpPipe won't make a huge gain and you'll save a fair bit in time & labour cost.

WRX has temperature sensor for it's Cat UpPipe so the De-Cat UpPipe you'll be replacing with will throw up an engine warning light. This won't cause any damage or problems but obviously you'll see the engine warning light on constantly and if any other problems occur you won't know about it unless you plug in diagnostic tools or feel it. The sensor can however be bypassed.

You dont need to take the turbo off to change the up pipe-first,take the down pipe off(after removing intercooler ans heatsheilds),remove the nuts from either end of uppipe, undo offside engine mount and jack the engine up slightly till theres enough room to manouvre the uppipe around and get it out.

You can leave the exhaust temp sensor strapped out of the way-as long as its still connected up to the loom it wont throw up a CEL light- OR ,you could allways disconnect the sensor and put a resistor slotted in its place-i cant remember the value of the resistor, but you could easily find out by doing a search on here.
