anyone fitted mudflaps without using metal brackets,ive seen some that use plugs instead on fleebay.

Yeah i got some off ebay for my classic without metal brackets. They fit fine with screws but the only thing is is that you have to make sure you line them all up the same other wise they will look a bit silly. But its easy enough..
