Boosting @5000rpm +. HELP

Since i've had a 3" turbo back de-cat fitted, My boost seems to only work from 5000k rpm onwards

before it came in at 3 and a half.

Has anyone seen this before

check the intercooler pipework..

check the uppipe and headers for leaks..
