Im hoping to get my car remapped in January and port and polish manifold, but im struggling to get the manifold done before the remap. Will it need to be done before to get the benefit from porting? or will i still get it if doing after?

 

Ideally you want to do ALL other mods first and remap last.

 

You will still get noticable gains from properly ported heders but as Einstein says to get the best effect you want the ported headers and ALL other mods completed before the remap.
