sti8 intercooler
I have recently installed an sti 8 intercooler on a my99 classic, and am now looking at ways to get as much air threw it as possible!
I have taken off the original underscoop, as was no where near big enough, also looked into fittimg an sti8 undertray however i have realised this isn't a very good fit. So i'm now thinking about making my own one, however im new to diy projects and need as much help as possible, if anybody could give some tips on how to go about doing this, or even materials used and dimensions it would be a great help......
many thanks

Use an STi 7 or 8 undertray, remove the two side panels and centre support holding the main duct guide.
Substitite with 1mm aluminium sheet to create a duct that fits under your chosen scoop.
I stuck the sheeting in place with Araldite and smoothed off with ali flashing.
This one fits under an 03 WRX scoop.
