hows it going gatty ... another new car
getting a sti to 330 ish bhp is quiet a common option
as yours is already ppp you have a sports cat downpipe and fuel pump
the cheapest way is to put in a better pannl filter and get your self a ecutek remap, I use http://www.brdevelopments.com/ ( Bob Rawle)
he's based in Swindon and i fully recommned, hes got mine running 386 bhp but on a bigger turbo than you have in your STI
you could remove your sports cat and go for a full 3 inch decat exhaust but imho not worth the extra for very little gains, unless you want more noise of course but you then would have problems come MOT time
there's not many sti's that get over 340 on the std turbo but some do

Got full decat on mine with vortex bb,K&N typhoon induction kit, walbro uprated fuel pump and ecutek remap by scoobyclinic and am hitting 339.8bhp
Bigger turbo and front mount will see me @ 400 and reliable still which is my aim

I'd pay the extra Gatty and go with a new turbo. Felt the VF35 was pretty gutless with remap tbh despite 333/330.
Upgraded to 18g turbo; 3" exhaust; 80mm RCM K&N induction and 3 port boost solenoid. Remapped by Bob Rawle and the mid range punch is pretty brutal. Not had it on a rolling road since but delta dash shows car performing at 392/350
Quite cost effective in the end after selling the prodrive bits and VF35

whats yours like Rob? Still runs out of puff just after 6k though I bet. Might just have been my expectations after coming from a modded classic but really think its worth the outlay.
