Rear Roll Bar Bushes.

Rear Roll Bar Bushes.
Hello again all.
I am changing my worn bushes on the rear roll bar today, the 'C' shaped ones. Can anyone explain the easiest way to do this so I don't end up wasting my valuable time and losing skin from my knuckles?
Thanks again.
Dan.

Hi,
I had mine on a ramp, but most people back their car onto floor standing ramps, you can easily reach them. The key is that the suspension needs to be equal otherwise the anti roll bar will be flexing and make it difficult/impossible to do. Nut and a bolt on each, 12mm and 14mm spanners are only tools required.
