Default Do I need uprated pump?

My 01wrx is curently running at 331bhp at flywheel. Ive got full decat system, k&n typhoon and ecutek remap. When it was mapped I asked if iI needed fuel pump and said they would map it and be able to tell me. When it was mapped they said its running ok on standard pump but pump and injectors wont allow any more power gain (on limit). After reading few threads beginning to wonder if should fit uprated pump but will I have to have map adjusted to compensate?
Also what power can standard injectors run upto? Any help thanks.

You shouldn't need to map for a new fuel pump, it will just ensure that you are receiving a constant pressure esp high revs under boost. As a safety measure for 80quid definately fit one.

Andy F site will give you a good overview of what different injectors are capable of

i have been told completely opposite answers to the same questions you have asked above - its seems to depend on who you ask or listen too.

The standard Fuel Pressure Reg shouldnt have a problem controlling the flow from the new fuel pump unless the FPR is starting to weaken. Apparently the OE FPR on the newage is pretty good. If any problems it will run rich causing it to be rough.

Its obviously your choice, but I've been strongly advised to upgrade my fuel pump before my next remap when I decat it and for 80quid in view of what can happen if standard fuel pump fails to deliver pressure on boost I'm not about to ignore the advice myself, so I'm just passing on what I've been told.

Mine has been remapped and is now 285 bhp.

2 litre 2004 engine, do you think I need a bigger pump??

Regards.
