Swap turbo TD05/TD04

As above,i thought about swapping my TD05 over for a TD04 turbo so i would have more usable boost lower down,my scooby is a WRX 95 import on a Z4 ECU.Is this possible and are there any ill effects?

most people move UP to a TD05
