0.5 bar boost but no fault codes

0.5 bar boost but no fault codes
my car is a 95 wrx i have only got 0.5 bar of boost i have checked the fault codes and it has none the boost solenoid is not clicking either any ideas would be great

Is the arm still attached to the boost actuator?

hi yes i have tried that and almost everything else with no joy can the car be in limp mode with no faults the car runs well except for the boost

Does sound like it mate, either that or the solenoid is screwed.
