Default External efi pump and fuel pressure

Hi, I am building a mid-engined kit/replica with Subaru turbo lump.

Hopefully looking for something like a 2.0litre 99sti motor to go into it.

Plan to leave it stock except obviously a custom single box exhaust, and cone type air filter

Planning to use an external fuel injection pump rather than an in-tank unit.
Any recommendations/ideas on what sort of flow rate and fuel pressure I should be looking for?

Cheers Guy
