apex or motec

Whats the differences bewteen an apexi setup and a motec set up? (other than cost) is the motec unit worht the extra money, and if so y?

Not that I know too much about it but I don't think the Apexi has launch/ALS so if you wanted that feature, the Apexi would be out.
