Guys i fitted a de-cat down pipe to my wrx ppp got it from scobby world and whilst driving hard the car spluttered then the engine light came on, its now off after i restarted her a few times. Makes a big improvement but will this damage the engine

your light was proberly rear lambda which is inifiecent cat convertor which is what you would expect, the spluttering may be over boost you can get the light switched off by a mapper,dont know if it will damage your engine, but i wouldn't run my car like that without a remap

 

It's overboosted and shut itself down to self protect. You'll need a remap by someone who knows what they are doing. They should also fit larger injectors as they'll run out of injector duty as a PPP car alraedy runs at nearly 100% as it is.
