Got my newage STI cooler fitted. Going for FV35 turbo when I find it.

Do I have to get :-

Walboro (sp) fuel pump
Some sort of posh fuel regulator
3 port solenoid

Someone said I should get my headers ported beforehand too.

What I do have is TEK2 mapping - Am I right that this isn't the re-mappable one and it would need a complete remap. Is there anything that can be done with whatever software is in there right now?

Plan is to get most of it fitted myself and take car and turbo to someone to fit turbo and map car accordingly.

Only thing I'm not too sure about is this TEK mapping. Car is MY00, decat, K&N panel TEK2.

your car is remappable under ecutek, the Tek2 is a off the shelf map that is preloaded, depending on the mapper, some like to use a 3 port for better boost control.

I havent got a uprated pump or reg and have a tek3 on my stiV, it wasnt needed at that time, but if you plan to go further i.e larger injectors fmic etc then it prob would be a better option to have them fitted. My car was mapped by BRD who prefer 3 ports fitted so that was done

I went from a TEK 2 to a TEK 3. I only had to pay for the mapping time as the dreaded ECUTEK licence had already been purchased with the TEK 2.

With respect to your mod list I don't know whether you NEED them but personally I would recommend going for them if you can. You may want to throw some bigger injectors into the mix as well.
