Default Walbro fuel pump

Hiya guys , just had a rebuild done on my 95 wrx , with forged pistons etc ,and i,ve just got my self a walbro fuel pump , which i,m planning on fitting to the car before i get it mapped in the near future , are these pumps easy to fit ?, does anyone know of a d.i.y guide to help me along the way , and secondly will fitting the pump now cause the car to run rich ,before mapping ,as ive been told it will ?
The car has a full decat zaust , uprated air filter . also after fitting this pump should i uprate the fuel regulator before getting it mapped . cheers , and sorry about the way ive wrote the questions out as at the moment my heads up me **** ,with so many question floating about in there lol....again cheers ,
or ansd i,m abit ashamed to say but my car has a super chip and bleed valve fitted which i,m going to remove before re map , any hints on how to carry out this procedure , many thanks..........

Easy to fit. Just make sure you line it up straight (and don't put it in at an angle) so that it seals properly otherwise you'll be smelling petrol whenever you stop (and fail the next MOT).

,One major thought i,m having is will fitting the fuel pump now cause the car to run to rich ,or will it be ok , cheers

Shouldn't run rich as the standard fuel pressure regulator will sort that out. I fitted mine before the remap, was really easy and no problems with running rich. Defo worth gettin an adjustable fuel pressure reg before the remap though thats the mistake i made, not gettin one, now i have to pay to get it remapped again to raise the boost to 1.3 barr. Should have got it all done the same time
