Default Boost problems

I'm having problems with my MY00 impreza with 3" downpipe and 3" all the way to backbox .. and its got a pipercross filter...

well the problem is recently I've been noticing it doesnt go over 0.5bar unless I turn it off wait a minute then turn it back on then it boosts at around 1bar

this only happens sometimes...

what could the problem be? as I'm not that good at turbos

sounds like it is going into limp mode. Do you get a CEL on the dash?
