my name is chris from austria, i'm 25 and drive a impreza MY99 LHD 218 PS.

my question:

i have a prodirve ecu (PPP) for my car, it run's on 1,05 bar boost (normal prodrive setup). it's possible to set the boost higher (1,2 bar) with a manual boostcontroller ?
exhaus system and air intake are modifyed and samco turbo silicon hoses are installed too.

Yes you should be able to. Do a search for MY99 PPP ECU and you should find a lot of info. maybe include Dawes in your search. A popular MBC a few years ago.

 

Best to get the fueling checked if you run higher boost, to make sure it does not run lean.

 

my car only get's 100 octan (shell vpower or bp ultimax).
