Hand Brake Light

My hand brake light comes on when I'm driving it comes and goes any idea what this means? or could it be an electrical fault? I've checked the brake fluid and its between max and min.

it does work as a fluid level indicator too.. could be dropping below the min on bends?

also check the rubber in the lid is not pushing the indicator down.
