Modify injectors?
The only trick I know is to raise the fuel pressure (with an adjustable FPR), but this is only of limited value (ie to get maxed out injectors to sligtly more acceptable levels).
Best way would be to change then for the size up if strugling to cope with supply requirements...
For the cost of a new set (approx £300-350) I wouldn't bother messing about.

Injectors that have a "multi hole" end cap can be modified to flow more.

There are various issues, depending on just what type the injector is, and real care needs to be taken if anyone decides to try it.

I'm not allowed to post anything that advertises what I do, and however I post information, it will be interpreted as advertising, which is fair enough.

If anyone wants information, please email me at the address in the profile.

Mark.

Hi

definitely can be done. Had mine done back in 2001 by Rigoli and he advised they flow 720cc or more if you increase fuel pressure. This is what he used to run the 10.01 sec qtr back then. I have been using ever since and am not considering changing, as i m nowhere near the power of a low 10 sec qtr.

Only slight problem is some rough idling and it does run a bit rich in slow speed driving. Cannot take out enough fuel, a bit on/off.
