Just checked the pipes for you.

The one on the top of the solenoid goes to the turbo.
The one on the underneath of the solenoid goes to the actuator
The one on the side goes to the intake pipe, between the MAF and turbo.

Cheers Guy's ,

All I know is that it is the standard Subaru 99 unit, unfortunately I am away on business tonight, without the car and the solenoid, I thought it was just a 2 port, will have a look when I get home and go from there.
