I'm pretty certain you need to fit the wheels off an 05 onwards STi, if your brakes came off an STi, or those off a Newage WRX if they came off a WRX.

Don't dispair, there are usually some on the For Sale section, or try GradeA at Hayfield in the High Peak.

You will need to fit the gold STI wheels (pre 2005) if you want to stick with the 17's!

I stand corrected though...

If they are GOLD brembos, then they came off a PRE 2005 STI, therefore you need to fit wheels those wheels....

The P-WRC (P1 Style) from Prodrive come in an ET46 Offest to clear the Brembo's on an STi, whereas the Non-STi fit P-WRC's are ET53.

You will probably need a small spacer to fit your Tarmac 2's, to adjust the offset. you could to a trial fit with some washers, ro see what size you need.

Just get some spacers of the correct size. As long as the wheels don't end up proud of the arch you should be fine.
The ones to check will be the rears (assuming you space out the rears to match) to make sure they don't touch the arch when fully loaded.

Alot of scoobs run a ET45 offset, so you'll probably find your close to that.

If there hitting because the spokes are too thick/deep and the wheels are an ET45 offset already then I wouldn't advise spacing them out.

its ok alan, got some already, cheers for the offer.
Do you think A & G will have some newage rims knocking about?

Scott: had to use 6mm spacer each side to clear the caliper, wheels are a 48mm offsett, think its down to the wheel design. wont be going far in it untill ive got new rims.

thanks again guys.
