engine light

Default engine light

my engine light is up , havent figured out the fault code yet but is it safe to drive till i can go get it sorted in a couple of weeks will it effect performance

Its better to check the codes, cam or crank sensor failures can see you stranded with a non starting issue. Maf failure can eventually cause dead engine & so on. Get the codes checked does not take long to do.
Better be on the very safe side.
