Tightening drive belts

Tightening drive belts
I'm sure this is easy, but how do I go about tightening the auxiliary drive belts? I assume there are adjustors for each belt???
Not sure what's what, so a description would be really helpful.
Thank you!

Major thanks for the info. I've taken the cover off. That gave me access to the head of the 12mm bolt in the picture.....

I thought perhaps I needed to loosen off the screw (highlighted in pic). I loosened that off, then turned the bolt. Didn't seem to have any effect so I did the screw back up and tried turning the bolt. Didn't seem to do much either so I'm stuck at the moment. Am I doing it wrong?
Thanks.
