Check the heat shields on the exhaust header, they tend to come loose and rattle.

I get a rattle noise that's only noticable at low speed on uneven ground. I thought it was the heat shield but these were taken off and put back on when my new exhaust was fitted and the rattle hasn't gone away.

I've been told that it could be the retaining clip on the front calipers but I can't be arsed to take the wheel off to check. Car's in for a service in a couple of weeks so I'll get them to look.

I HATE RATTLES!!!

A couple of people on here have had a rattle when the retaining clip holding the pad in comes loose (so not actually the caliper).

I'm sure my rattle is coming from the front right wheel area.
