my 95 legacy turbo wagon is making like a fuel cut (like if you slam on the brakes) but below 13 PSI!!!! It's supossed to cut it at 15 but as boost raise up to 13 psi, fuel is cutted. So my theory is that fuel is not been cut via the MAP sensor. What else can be????

if you get an ECU reflash.. that should help that.... or if you already have one... then
