Default Advice on new fuel pump

Have an MY00 Turbo with remap and decat giving around 265bhp.
Having some problems with starting and fault code is showing a problem with the fuel pump.
No lights on knock-link but will replace for safety.
Should I get an uprated pump?
If I do will this affect the Ecutek map and will it run rich.
Would happily just replace if standard if advised.
Thanks in advance.

Std ok for your power levels as far as I know, but if you intend to go higher uprated would be the much better bet.

If you go uprated you will need the map altered accordingly again AFAIK

Check with your mapper for their input.
